a fellow youtube winner! nice
I rarely win a thing, so was pleased to see my name called...
Well I'll be damned. The two people drawn before you never claimed the grand prize. It's all yours! To be honest, I'm glad it's going to a good home.

Just got back from our annual Utah Jeep trip, Sand Hollow for 3rd year in a row. If you haven't been, you should go, as you won't be disappointed. They have trails there for all shapes/sizes/abilities with incredible scenery that I've only found In Utah. I am always amazed at what these TJ's can do...
...a few pics 'cause that is all you really want...
a friend brought his scale so I weighed my TJ, no doors, no top, 3/4 tank of fuel, spare tire on (ran trails with it off), just a tool bag, no driver:

I can't remember which trail this is:

My TJ is the narrowest width of my pals so I was only one who fell into this crack, Savvy corners and sliders saved the day:

I finally came away thinking to myself hydro assist needs to be added to my Jeep. All in all, another great trip!
Our annual Rubicon Trail trip is in the books. Epic weather, not terribly hot or cold. Half of us went in on the Tahoe side, the other half came in from Loon Lake and we met at Buck Island. I never get enough pics or vids but here are a few. No drama, Jeep continues to be a blast to drive.

near Buck Island heading towards Loon Lake:
my best effort yet but still a fail on Soup Bowl:
I do have a leak in my ARB compressor and I am hoping it is at or near the solenoid as the twin arb cycles on and off without lockers engaged and my lockers worked as needed all weekend.
The Rubicon Trail never disappoints, tons of fun and sheer beauty of the Sierras always gets me...
That's a bucket list trail for us out here in Colorado! Looked like a lot of fun!
Get that ARB leak figured out. If you keep running it like that, there might not be enough pressure to engage the locker all the way which will result in the clutch gear teeth getting rounded off. It's a replaceable part, just time consuming and a bit of paying attention as you have to pull the locker apart.
