I think you are asking the wrong person, unless you are wondering about the Roll N Jack the OP was asking about.

@06lj is the user with the rolling scaffolding. I am also interested in the stability question. How well does it handle the large LJ top? Is it strapped down as well? Thanks.

I've had no stability problems with the LJ top on the scaffolding. I slide the top on in the middle of the garage as it is easiest with the rear glass open. After the top it on the scaffolding I roll it around the garage and store it against the wall in front of my Jeep. It is perfectly stable even when moving it around.
