Too much e-begging in the world nowadays. We really need to bring back "shame" as a society.
Replaced the two per catalytic converters with Magna Flow 50899.
If you don't already, you'll want adjustable lower control arms to put the wheelbase where it was originally.
And you will need the angled track bar bracket if you have over a 2" lift. That will keep your track bar off the gas tank side plate.

I do have adjustable lowers, but they are the ones that came in the skyjacker kit. I'm not sure but I think they cut the threads with a worn out tap, the joints were a bear to screw in on them and I don't think I could get them any shorter if I wanted. I do have a pair of metalcloak single adjustable lowers that were part of a deal I got in the for sale section along with the double adjustable uppers i installed last weekend.
I have a JKS angled trackbar bracket on order but I did put some miles on it on the highway (breaking in gears) and didn't hear it hitting the gas tank skid. I'll get under there and see if I have any witness marks from it rubbing on the skid.
Running 285/70-17 on JLR wheels it rides nice despite the tires being load range E. Still some work to do on the front axle pinion angle now, I have about 6 degrees of caster currently which is great on the highway and return to center, but starting about 60 i am getting vibrations from the front driveshaft, so i'll check those angles and see where I can get to without sacrificing on road manners.
Also the 5.13s might be a bit short for long highway trips with these tires, it is turning 2,800rpm at 75mph in OD, which computes to over 4,000 driveshaft rpm at 75mph. On the plus side it doesn't feel like a dog in OD.

Is there a list of the size screws used for the interior panels? Door panel, dash panel, center console, etc. My jeep was missing some of the hardware when I bought it and I've just dealt with it till now but I've gotten almost everything interior wise in good order at this point and now it's bothering me that about half the hardware is missing
I probably have the ones I need somewhere, but somehow when I compare the hundreds of various screws I have, not a single one of them are the same size that's on the jeep![]()
Full PDF parts lists are available (broken down by TJ year) in the resource section if you're looking for part numbers, sizes and quantities.
This post is for TJ documentation like Factory Service Manuals Etc..
A while back I was able to find the FSM for my 2006 TJ. I decided to look at the same website I have used to download FMS to see if I can find others. I hit the jackpot so I am sharing :beer-toast1:
Please if there are any issues or they are inaccurate let me know.
Thanks @UpperMI for the additional 2002 manuals

Thanks. Looks like I need several different sizes. Somebody should make a kit with the common trim screw sizes for these jeeps lol they'd make a killing
