I was looking closely at the interior of one of the newer Broncos a while back, and that gave me an idea for my Wrangler. I liked how Ford spelled out "Bronco" across the dashboard on the passenger side. (I sure am glad the Jeep TJ didn't have a computer screen in it!)
It looked as though Ford was very proud of the name and the vehicle it was in. I liked that, so I decided to do something similar to my Wrangler:
I always felt that something should have went there. This is an OEM size 1997 - 2006 "WRANGLER" emblem I bought off Ebay that was available in almost any color you would like. I chose "WRANGLER" in black because the exterior of my Jeep is black.
I carefully centered the emblem between the grab bar, while paying attention to the location of the embossed "SRS" in the corner of the airbag cover. (And that wasn't near as easy as it sounds!) I think that is how Chrysler/Jeep would have done it had they thought of it.
What do you think?
