Wanted to make sure this was set up properly. And that small off set was okay on the black bars themselves. Also did I set the links up correctly? Thank you in advance!

Looks good to me. I think your hook bolts are a touch long...but I quibble.

Did you use antisieze on those aluminum links? On the stud that hold them together?

Should the black spacer on your driver side top link bolt be flipped to the other side of the heim? Looks like you have it that way on the passenger side link.

You are correct. It needs put on the inside, between the arm and the heim joint. If not, with enough articulation, his heim joint body and arm will be making contact/grinding into each other.
