Yeah Thanks Andy ! I have many good friends that said they hope I never lose my since of humor and I guess I will not. After about a month of crying I just couldn't cry any more. Happened last October so it is still fresh , work helps and I'm making progress . She was younger than me and I was just not prepared for her to die before me. I have all her large family here that looks out after me and our daughter and her husband.
My family is in Texas and I am going out there in June and stay with my cuz Michael , he is a single Dad of a 2 year old and a good bit younger than me. Don't know what my good Lord and savior has planed for me but when I moved out here I left it in his hands and he led me to this beautiful angel Janet. I guess we will see ! Good weather means top is off until fall (hopefully)! Finally got the spiderweb shade that’s been sitting in my office installed.
Alignment time and 32’s. Time for a test drive now after that one armed workout lol
I took advantage of the nice weather and installed a Rough Country leveling kit to restore the front of the jeep back to level. It was sagging from the weight of the winch I installed previously. Easy install on the level kit. Had to use spring compressors just a little to get the springs back in once the spacers had been installed.
Once the sun goes down, I'll adjust the headlights to compensate for the slight lift.

Keeping those connections is the best thing to do. You’re going to be ok.
Is this for the crack at the window area (sort of by the side view mirror) that runs done the panel? If so please post the progress, I’ve been wondering what to do with that small crack. I’ve been thinking of drilling a little hole in hopes that will stop it from progressing.

Yes , or the angle crack a half door gets- not pretty but worked great. Pic is back of panel, mesh is embedded.

Thanks for the update. Do you think a small hole, 1/16” or close will help it from spreading? That is what I’ve heard in the past.
Absolutely. I think it’s the best thing you can do before the repair. The crack doesn’t know what happened.
Yes, they are a direct swap. I also ordered 9/16 and 7/16 bolts from RockJock to replace the stock control arm bolts.

What was the issue with it? I got a Bestop Trex Top from Amazon that I'm hoping to put on this week.

He probably got one without the tramp stamp, and it made him mad.......
Spent the day with the youngest jeeper in the house. We learned about tire pressure, oil and filters, brake pad replacement and how sticky grease is when we get it in our hair. Was a great day.

I am hoping that since my Trektop has the front arc bow that it doesn't have the Bestop stamp on the rear. Not sure when Bestop stopped putting the front bow in the package.He probably got one without the tramp stamp, and it made him mad.......
Mine came with the front bow, it has the stamp. Don't bother me at all!!!
I thought all Trektop NX came with the bow??
