The upper bushing on my passenger side rear shock is getting worn and starting to rattle. What would cause a bushing on one shock to go bad twice in about 9 months?

I will try to get a pic this afternoon but in the meantime I can tell you that it is installed on a bar pin eliminator that I installed the first time it failed.
I agree with the Boogieman, the tailpipe is a long way from that bushing so this would be an extreme longshot in my mind.

Is your rear axle centered? Or is it off to the side like a suspension lift will cause unless counteracted by an adjustable length track bar?
I believe it’s centered but I’ll have to check. It dose have a 3” lift. If I remember correctly the kit included a new trackbar for the rear that was a different length than the oem trackbar.
