Currie's 2001 Fireant TJ question

Years ago in 2001 John Currie competed in and won the ARCA Rock Crawling Championship in Johnson Valley CA, before King of the Hammers came along. Does anyone know what kind of front-end design the Fireant TJ ran, specifically its track bar? Was it even running a track bar? If there was, was it mounted on the driver's side with a single or double-shear mount? I'm assuming double-shear but I'm just curious what the state of the art was back then.

This is his Fireant, I shot this photo just before his final run that clinched his win.

Thanks and yeah that's the only front end photo I could find too. It sure doesn't show that part at all. I took a few of the rear but missed getting a closeup of the front.
