No O2 sensor port on new exhaust manifold.

Just purchased this new exhaust manifold for my 97 Tj and it doesn’t have a port for the upstream o2 sensor. Just wondering if this is an issue?
I might just weld one in if need be.

I think the upstream sensor is on the down-pipe, isn't it?
