I don’t have that one but the one I have works very well. Mine is some shipped from India model.

I’ve seen them used on BFH garage and they definitely make the work a piece of cake. When I first started looking at them online they were $300-$600 depending on brand so $109 seems like a deal to me lol probably a tool I’ll use 3-4 times in my life unless I branch out lol
 
New upstream sensor came today. Even though it’s 30* outside I knew I could swap it out in 5 minutes so I said why not. The old sensor is definitely different. Hopefully I’ll see a difference in the way it runs/ gas mileage, but even if not it will be good for another 25 years lol

Well installed the factory PCM, no different still no start, just stumbling and dying.

Then I noticed the fuel pump had stopped working. Checked the fuses and relay all good, so I get on RockAuto and order a new Delphi fuel pump. Supposed to be here Tuesday evening.

Going tomorrow to pick up a ATV jack from HF to lower the full fuel tank.

Got everything ready for the tank drop, pulled inner fenders disconnected fuel lines and filler neck.

It looks well done, but why?

Lots-o- reasons- this is just my third attempt but it’s finally a working proto type-not done yet with this design. The why is I like to optimize, it’s what I enjoy. Whole intake track is a pre-heater- but what caught my eye is the air horn going into the air cleaner is 42mm- the Throttle body I measured is 60mm. The straw that crosses over the heat source is 50mm. I think I pulled 12-16” out of that length. So now it’s a lot shorter and running at 76mm. Not done yet, but the best part is really the sound it makes. Still wanted to run an easily sourced paper filter plusnow I got room for some other under the hood widgets/ electrics….
