haha that would be great...I can see me having to get one of them there minivans or a 7 seater stretched TJ to haul around everyone who wants to come down here. lol

Lot of rust especially on the 3 12pt bolts that hold the hub assembly. One was round without even touching it with a wrench. But with patience and heat all but one came out. The one that didn’t I hammered an extractor socket on, heated it, and it broke loose

Isn't it fun working on vehicles in the rust belt? Good Job. As far as refinishing the knuckles, If you have them off, you might sandblast them if you have the means to do so. Otherwise a wire wheel and a good stiff wire brush are going to be about the best you can do. Get some Truck and Tractor paint and a can of hardener from your favorite farm supply store. Brush that stuff on, and you'll be golden.

So much fun! All in all tho, this went way better than the rear shocks when I lifted it. That was a pain in the A$$. Bolt snapped off in the tightest of spaces, luckily I had two experienced friends doing most of the work. They had to drill right thru the old bolt in the end but they got it. I purchased a big jug of anti seize just in case I ever need to come back in 50k miles

Installed the MC bumper/tire carrier today. I know/feel this is over priced but they do make quality stuff. I really like the design of the dual mount tapered roller bearing. It lowered the spare so I have a little more rear viewing while driving.

That tire looks huge!! What size are you running?

Bumper looks awesome!!

Its similar to the one @CodaMan posted. Here is the link to the one I bought.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XCH8155/?tag=wranglerorg-20

Its a bit cheaper, and thicker steel. The EAG one is 5/32 while the one I bought is 3/16...I'll measure it when I get it, as there is only about 0.0325" between 5/32 and 3/16. It will be interesting to see if it really is 3/16.

That's an even better price, but I would assume they're all made in the same Chinese factory with just a different name on them.

Today I made some inserts for my D-rings where I attach my tow system for the Motorhome. 1-1/2 square 6061-T6 milled down to fit D-ring and receivers. Need some? Dang rain started after my final coat and messed up the paint. So I will repaint this weekend. Have to Love Washington weather!! Hit me up in a PM If you want some.

Nifty idea! I have the same tow bar mounts. if my bumper didn't already have D-ring mounts, I would hit you up for a pair.
