What did you do to your TJ today?

Finished replacing the front Pinion seal, drained and replaced the diff oil as well. Then I thought, while I am here, may as well do a front end alignment. I've done one before, but with the wheels on. This time I removed the wheels as I think you get a more accurate reading. It was much easier this way, thanks to the write up here! Anyway, my front and back readings were exactally the same, I only needed about a quarter turn to bring them toe in.

Nice job, and great pics with captions!

Great picture! Does that tower have a bungee like drop from the roof?
Not a bungee but it has a cable that lowers you 'at speed' from the top to the bottom...its a lot of fun...you can even walk around the rim on the outside (no handrails) hehe...we do have a bungee from the bottom of our harbor bridge about a 150 foot drop that's fun too

I did that "free fall" cable thing. Sky Tower? I also did the Nevis bungee near Queenstown. Awesome!

Installed my Christmas presents. Smittybuilt rock crawler bumper and my new ham radio! Next on the list is my winch. Have to wait until my birthday for that one!

What radio and where did you install it? I have a Kenwood 281a in mine under the right side dash but my XYL bought me an Arizona Rocky Road radio mount that will be spring time project.

Nice score! Do you happen to have a link to them?

I’m running them on a 2.5” OME. My stock were rubbing the brake line insulation. You can see the rub in the top pic above. RE advertises these for 3.5-4.5” of Lift, but these are pretty much perfect for 2.5”, almost back to level. For your 3” they would be great. @JamesAndTheSahara got some for his 3” Currie Lift. Eyelet to eyelet they’re 9.5” whereas stock are 7”.

Perfect, thanks! I figured they'd be quite a bit more to get them on the Canadian Amazon, but only $43 CAD ($34 USD).

** Links have been ordered. :)

FYI, the bolt on the bottom has a 15mm nut and 18 mm bolt head. The bolt up top needs an 18 mm. Torque specs are 40ft/lbs all around. Only one that's hard to get to is the top one on the passenger side. Took me about 30-40 minutes to get it all done.

Finally completed replacement of my clutch, ToB, fork, fork spring, pivot ball, pilot bearing. Replaced the transmission & xfer case fluids and engine oil & filter. Of the 4 bolts holding the bell housing to the engine, 1 was broken and 2 were the wrong size. Last guy to work on it was a moron for sure. Clutch is smoothe as silk, no rattling in neutral anymore and I can downshift again without the Jeep acting like a bucking bronco, presumably from not being bolted correctly.
