Despite being embarrassed for being scammed, I’m sharing this info so no one else gets screwed. Facebook page called “Old School Cars and Parts” scammed me for $170 for a rearview mirror. Probably some Russian or Nigerian got my money. Sucks.
Don't feel bad at all. I was scammed by three ex-wives that promised me that they would never gain weight and continue to look great after 40. They all lied! I bought them with no warranty, so they were returned to their previous owners.
The Tahoe was in beautiful condition with relatively low mileage (97K) for the year, and it was fully loaded. It needed a motor.
The customer left it sitting out back of our dealership for about 8 months before deciding to scrap it. I tried to buy it for double what the junk yard was paying, but she turned me down.
Not sure if this suggestion will help. Google “Tj Mirror Company”, West Minster Colorado”. Viewed a YouTube install of their product. Appears to be a small business, perhaps other forum members have experience with their products.
That's a bummer. Their Facebook pictures is just a screenshot from Powernation TV. If you used a credit card I'd try and contact your bank. At the very least cancel the card number and get a new one.
