What did you do to your TJ today?

Good choice. I have a TF diff cover on the front with no clearance issues. Stockish shape, nodular iron, and a drain plug all at a price that's half or less of competing covers with these features. What more could you ask for? Put mine on with a lubelocker gasket. I will add that I'm not particularly impressed with the paint on the thing - if you haven't put yours on yet, you might consider a coat or two of a better paint.

Thanks for the heads up.

I may paint them black then. Did you have a lip on the bottom that needed to be ground flat? I read complaints on that in the past.

I have lube lockers as well. Going to order grade 8 bolts from McMaster-Carr but I need to decide if I want black oxide or yellow zinc.

Yellow accents always pop!!!!!

Those are what we're on it when I bought it. The needed polished, so I painted them black :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I wish the were 8" wide instead of 10", but I am looking for new ones anyway. Oh and yes I will stay with black most likely.
I got mine in 10” and I’m happy I did. But my tire is also 13.1” wide which matters when having the width discussion.

I despise the look of a wheel that looks super sucked in. I understand there is less chance of rash but I legit refuse to drive them on a DD bc the look annoys me. Same goes for wheels that extend out I recently saw a rebel truck with 14” wide wheels sticking out of the tires. o_O

I went into your photos to get a better view. Realized my phone is on night mode so it was hard to see the yellow. Your Jeep looks really nice! :)
Thanks, like I said in another post, if it were a race between myself, @Hog and @AndyG I would be dragging hind teat!!!!!!

It's come a long way since I purchased it, but nowhere near where I want it to be.

Yep thise trucks and tires are all over Chattanooga, along with the JK, JL and JT's that try to look the same  o_O

My steering stabilizer decided to stop working, so I upgraded to the finest of stabilizers and defiantly did not just buy the cheapest option I could find on amazon.
Why was your old stabilizer so defiant? Did it not like your ex-wife?

No grinding needed - mine was already black with a red outlined TF logo. The only problem I had was with the drain plug of all things. It didn't seem to have enough taper so it seeped oil - a hardware store replacement fixed that.
