They don't fit a Rock Hard 4x4 system.
Your first picture is for 2" Tubing and your second picture only goes up to 1-1/2". and the Rock Hard tubes are 1-3/4"

Yea but I don't remember ever seeing that size when I switched to 67 Designs mounts for everything
If you have an iPhone 12 or 13, I can’t say enough good about the Otterbox MagSafe mount. The mechanism is a windshield mount but comes with a dash adapter with a 3M VHB tape. It uses Apple’s built in MagSafe so there’s no need for an additional adhesive magnet or special case (I don’t use Otterbox’s case, for instance), but it’s super stable and incredibly easy to attach/remove on the fly. Give it a look.
Mine’s custom. Just some aluminum from Lowes formed to fit, painted on the exterior then mounted to the bar.
I did this without the bolt mod. Stuck it in the same place on the same dash tray. I mount one of either an iPhone 11 or my iPad mini. Works a charm.. doesn't vibrate. Never fell off without my intervention.
