Installed my smittybilt rock crawler bumper today. My light connector broke from my factory harness for the tow package. Is there a way I can adapt this down to 4 pin since that’s what I always use? Or should I remove the harness entirely and tap into the tail lights with the new 4 pin?

I just picked up a Hopkins 42625 4 pin flat harness that plugs into the tail light connector on the drivers side. Can’t beat it for $26.

Elementary. Look up the part and look at the instructions. Remove the plastic cover on the bottom of the tub below the drivers side tail light fixture, in plug the connector, install the T connector between the two OEM connector halves, an plug all three pieces together. You’re done. Run 4 pin connector to receiver area and reinstall plastic cover. All rear light, turn signals, and backup lights are now operable. You may have to install a heavy duty flasher if the install results in a rapid turn signal operation.

Awesome I will definitely order that. Will ditch this 7 pin since I never use it on any of my 10 trailers lol.
