I saw this little guy on the way to work Friday.
The calm before the storm on Panther Creek Rd. It's supposed to start snowing tonight and continue through the next 3 days.
I get the impression some of these are from your "office". I bet it is a challenging job but the views are ridiculous....love them.

I've lived on both coasts and many places in between and it's real hard to beat the scenery around here (not to mention the lack of massive population density).Most of the pics I post are indeed from my "office", this time of year they're usually all from my mail route.
Some like the last one I posted 5 posts ago, are from going to pick my truck up from a shop 150 miles+/- away (after a ball joint broke).
This one is about 6 miles back behind where I took the last 2.
Should have shut the truck off, but you can still hear the creek.

We've had a pair of Northern Harriers winter around here for several years. They migrate from the far north in the fall. A hay field across the road from us is their buffet table. I managed this picture with a good pocket camera through my living room window, then cropping the photo on the computer.
this beauty only ran 5 minutes...3.5" exhaust header and titanium valves, stainless roller rocker arms...too bad its too wide for a jeep...4.5" bore, 4.5" stroke, roller cam, lifters, and a 4 speed...built from parts
