IIf you apply a lot of torque to the front at high speed and the steering wheel is turned to the maximum left for example, doesn't it breakthe ujoint? I thought that u-joints have issues at high angles at high speeds.

Question to all the folks here: After you upgrade to NP242, now you have torque going to front wheels in all situations if selected. How you deal with the fact that you have front shafts with U-joints instead of RCVs? Are you taking Dana 30 RCVs from XJ or something?
