Lol, ya, all our SSTG,s were plumbed into the lube oil system. The 2190 TEP came from a heated bulk tank. The grounding strap wasn't on a PMS card, nor taught in A school. You figured it out.

I can tell you what NOT to use. A bunch of years ago I went to NAPA Auto and purchased a high volume 12v fuel pump, tubing, wire, switches, alligator clips & etc. All that was rigged up on a small piece of plywood from under the work bench. Worked great. BUT, it was only a matter of time...

Nope, Elk season isn't until much later in the year. I think these must have come off of Stimsom Timber land onto a rich guys pasture / yard to graze. It was just after sunset. My phone camera does an amazing job in low light.

First local Elk since getting to our wintering place a month ago. We've seen lots of deer, and Elk on the Tillamook side of the hill. But no Elk on this side by the ocean. It's the darndest thing...I saw buffalo (bison) here as well. A dairy farmer here has a heard of about a dozen or so...

I had a love - hate relationship with those things. We only got them in extremely rough weather, where the galley wasn't open. Lots of places to heat that stuff up in a "Super-Six" 600# steam plant. Though four cigarettes didn't go far on a six hour watch.

Please talk to an ER Dr about that. It does work. It hurts like hell. It's almost impossible to clean out of a wound. I no longer carry or use any quick clot type products. I do have a variety of wound packing materials and wound closure materials.
