Oh I know what bracket you are talking about. Mine broke long time ago. So it’s pretty much just the bottom part where the tube goes into that’s holding the tube ha ha. You might want to try the one that I used.

I remember you telling me your dipstick tube is bolted. Mine just slides into the hole with the seal on it. So far no leaks🤞

Hey bro. What’s the torque on the transmission housing to engine block bolts? There are 2 sizes. Bigger ones go to the sides (guide/dowels) and the smaller ones to the top.

Any tips on putting the dipstick tube back? It’s was pretty tricky getting it off. The space is pretty tight so I’m thinking it’ll be a pain putting it back on😄. Did you replace the filler tube seal?

No Teflon for me. It’s all metal

My question is specifically for the input shaft since that’s the only part with a different sealing ring that OTP sent. Wondering if there’s any issues using the metal sealing rings. I’ve tried to call them several times and they never answered their phone. Emailed them and they never responded

2 of the old sealing rings for the input shaft are plastic (the orange ones). Please see attached photo. The ones OTP sent are metal. Did you reuse the plastic ones or the new metal ones? Thanks

I got the rebuild kit from Oregon Performance Transmission and it came with 2 oil seals. One of them has a long protruding rubber. What it’s for?

the inside part of my front planetary has some damage. Do you remember is there's some kind of washer on this part? I didn't see any when I disassemble it. I'll be replacing this. But I just want to make sure if there's supposed to be a washer here before I assemble it. Thanks.

Did you use a slide hammer to remove the pump? If so, where did you get it from?
