Seems to be a hard to find part. Either find one at a junkyard, or see if you can flatten the one you have enough to work properly.

That atf is contaminated with water. Maybe check the tc vent and see how it is routed and if it is missing the cap.

How did the coil test out? Free, just a few minutes with a meter. This will let us know if there is a weak spark on start up.

Go to the junkyard and see what you can find. Probably going to be in similar shape as your original, but better than nothing. XJs or WJs should have something that will work and are usually more available than wranglers.

Can you test your coil? From what I have read, a weak coil could cause the symptoms, but I really don't know. Testing values And did I hear a bunch of radio whine when you started it in the video?

Either it is a dikfer, or it is a vent for the front differential that normally mounts on the radiator support.

I am sure you know, but don't do it at the relay, do it at the switch itself.

Jumper the low pressure switch to see if the compressor engages. If it does, most likely low refrigerant. If it doesn't, then start the ac troubleshooting in the workshop manual.

Does your horn work?

I would suspect some leaky injectors. It has to clear the excess fuel before it will start. Opening the butterfly allows more air, which will help clear the excess fuel.

First step is the leaking water pump. Fix that first, then worry about the oil leaks. No, don't drive it until you fix the water pump, or you can ruin your engine.
