These guys on Youtube have a few different videos where they cut open oil filters: oil filter video. Personally, out of all the parts stores in my area I always received the best service from Napa. So I buy their oil filters or I buy Wix off Amazon.

Well shit, I've had a noise like this at start up for awhile now. Usually only in the winter time or maybe if we have a cooler summer night I'll hear it a little bit.

Missing hardware is easy enough to replace. Buy if it's a good deal 🤷‍♂️

Finished up the rebuild on my winch. Need to buy a new ground cable and properly tension the rope, but it's at least on there on working. Winch has seen my YJ, CJ5, CJ8 and now the LJ.

Little update for anyone that cares, after a few emails back and forth with Scott from Montana Jacks he said he was told by a couple different distributors that "Phillips discontinued the Moly Low Temp product." I went ahead with the AeroShell 64. 🤷‍♂️

I can see how the addition of the suction cup would be a benefit.
