Thanks for your reply. My problem ended up being I bought the wrong seals. When I bought them I just bought seals for a Dana 30. They were mopar so i didn't question it but they were the wrong year. I put national seals in it now and it seems to be better.

That's the ones I just bought so hopefully these work!

Damn guys I'd say that's it! I bought it because it said Dana 30. I should have checked which Dana 30 it was meant for. My google search now says that's for the 07-12 Jk Dana 30. Must be a slight difference!

When you guys have replaced these seals and set them in place did you press them in till they stopped? I went till they were flush on the outside. You could probably tell what I'm talking about by the first picture.

I used Mopar seals part number 5014852AB. I just bought national seals now to go back in. Didn't want to wait on the shipping of mopar seals again.

I cleaned the axle tubes when I changed the seals.

Diff was full. I just had a small leak before i replaced the seals.

I changed my wheel seals in my front Dana 30 this weekend and both sides are already leaking worse than what they were. Any ideas? I used a seal press tool to set the seals back flush. Should I have kept going till it stopped?
