Nothing fancy, but made a fuse puller that fits in the early model PDCs. I don't know if it will fit 2003+ but I'm happy to be proven wrong. Should work on mini blade and JCase. Attached STL and Printables link

Fuel line blown off fuel rail

That makes sense with the play. The male end at the fuel rail definitely has a bend to it. I can see that causing a sealing issue, but I have zero guess how it got that way unless it has been bent for a while. EDIT: There's also a small divot at 12 o'clock, but its past the flange, looks to...

Fuel line blown off fuel rail

Nothing looks particularly out of place for me, but I probably wouldn't know what to look for if it wasn't obviously bent out of place. A little dinged up, but It was disconnected at least once a few years ago. When it's installed, there's about 1/4-3/8" of longitudinal play, not sure if that...

Fuel line blown off fuel rail

That was a misnomer on my part, I suppose it’s actually metal. I’m referring to the connector between the fuel rail and soft line (push lock I imagine?). I’m not sure the real name besides what the FSM calls it.

Fuel line blown off fuel rail

Thanks. Is 5/16 > 5/16 the size we need? The 2000 TJ still has the Schrader port on the fuel rail, although that fitting+Schrader is still cheaper than local parts stores want for a single Dorman fitting…

Fuel line blown off fuel rail

Couldn’t find a thread on this particular fitting. Last night after filling up, I lost all power and immediately smelt gasoline. Thankfully I was able to pull off on a side street where I found the rubber hose and its fitting had blown off of the fuel rail and coated the passenger side of the...

    Half door uppers

The last pin needs to be offset for it to fit a steel lower door. I have some bestop full soft doors and the upper is the same profile, however it's missing the offset pin and wont work with my steel lowers, just the soft lowers it came with.

$9k Brute LJ looks rough, but for 9?

It's so you can install one of these and enjoy a nice hot bratwurst in the fast lane

What did you do WITH your TJ today?

Shhh, don't tell everyone that it's photoshop Which fan clutch did you end up going with? I replaced mine with the water pump when I had my block apart, but it sounds like a freight train now

What did you do WITH your TJ today?

First excitement in the Jeep since moving a few months ago. Been spending the time catching up on neglected maintenance now that I have a garage again, and finally had a chance to give it all a shakedown and visit my parents to help them with snow

    Kilmat

I used a DEI heat shield on the underside of my transmission tunnel and it helped a lot with the heat coming up from the floor. I still have factory carpeting, but will likely go bedrug when I get the chance. I'd imagine bedrug might be a bit more insulating than bedtread, although If I...

How much to bring some of those "serious issues" over to my jeep  Can't wait to see her in action, sneaky clever solution for the upper mounts, too

Who is carrying a JK sport wheel and tire on their spare carrier?

I see what you mean. Would something like this re locator help? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F7RWT37/?tag=wranglerorg-20 It looks like it can raise about 2 inches, and you can set the studs to whatever bolt pattern you need, so you won't have to worry about a second spacer-adapter sticking the...

Who is carrying a JK sport wheel and tire on their spare carrier?

Is your issue reaching the mating surface of the wheel (with the higher backspacing JK wheel)? I ran into that with stock TJ Ravines and a 33x12.5. It was easily remedied by using a cheapo wheel spacer off Amazon. I've already given both I bought away as I no longer need them, but you can...
