Ok, a 4lb BFH got the knuckle off. Took a good few whacks but it finally came off. Not to just get the old ball joints out and new ones in.

Try to make this short, trying to replace my ball joints. Steering knuckle is stuck, gonna try a BFH tomorrow (got to buy one) but are there any other tricks/tips anyone can provide with getting past this? Or even the ball joints once I get to that point?

Can someone help me confirm if this is the correct rebuild kit for my jeep’s front driveshaft? If not, can you help me figure out the correct one please? Also, is this a good price or do you know of a better one? Thanks as always...

I wish I would have had that piece of info before getting through that bit (top bolts)… actually a neighbor came over and was able to get them just fine, totally reminding me that I need to get back in the gym lol.

That’s what I was initially thinking, but for whatever reason it looked like I might damage the bushing if I did that.… I guess I was getting exhausted/not thinking.

I’m in the middle of a clutch/throw out bearing replacement, and I may be an idiot (at least sometimes) or I may just be exhausted from fighting bell housing bolts (up top ones suck)… but I’m just not seeing an easy way to disconnect the transfer case shifter linkage. Someone mind enlightening...

I hear you, I’m fully aware that tuning is a part of the trifecta if you will… I do aftermarket tuning on the side myself. I was curious if without a tune it seemed peppier, but sure as heck knew with a proper tune it would… even completely stock. I need to upgrade my tuner device before I can...
