Thanks! Any idea hot to get rid of it? I tried to grind it some with soft bristle bit in a Dremel and it would just reappear.

TJ family, Is this corrosion from salt? This is a mirror from a set of half doors I bought. One mirror is in great shape and the other has bubbling paint and this white corrosion where paint is missing.

Thank you all for the input! You have given me many things to think about. I am going to rekey my tumblers just so everything matches but now I am worried about my doors getting stolen.

From what I have heard the local locksmith’s are not interested.

Hopefully the last time I bother you guys on this subject. Any idea of a grommet mid way in the firewall I can use to run the wires for the switch to the rocker panel?

Thanks for the help. I figured out it was the switch. I was trying to use an OE style rather than the switch that came with the harness. Not sure if it is operator error in working the OE switch to the harness or a bad OE harness. The switch that came with the harness works great.

The harness I have is wired to the positive and negative battery terminals. Here is pictures of the relay. When the relay is plugged in the lights are on 100% of the time no matter if the switch is plugged in or if it is on or off.
