Looks like a decent start, you just need to fine tune your settings and travel speed. That's some very small wire so try bumping the voltage down maybe 2 notches and turn wire feed speed up until it makes a sizzling sound.

I got the Baja boss mt on mine. Pretty good on the road. Very good off road, especially for mud, you barely even spin with these. It's a very thick, stiff tire so you barely get any sidewall flex until like 15 psi. I run mine at 20 psi on the road

I was not aware youre supposed to be rolling 2-3mph to go into 4 low. I've always just put it in neutral, clutch in and shift while stopped. I've never had it grind either 🤔 at least I know now lol. I'm also one of the few guys with a body lift and stock linkage that shifts just fine lol
