The closest I know of is @Cisco Kid in Texas City. I'm thinking most others are Hill Country or Metroplex. I haven't seen Cisco comment in a few days.

Yeah, Texas city is in the bright purple part of the rainfall map I posted earlier, so he's probably gotten 20+ inches of rain. Hopefully he's just busy giving this hurricane the finger.

I glad you got out. Sorry to hear about your home. I hope this stops soon!We evacuated yesterday to Austin. Have about 2 to 3 ft in the house.
No flood insurance.Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. You have flood insurance I assume, right? But even then, they'll have to completely redo the house. Water damage is pretty serious in houses.
No flood insurance.
Dude, that's terrible. We are one of the few houses in the neighborhood that actually can get flood insurance, but it wasnt in the budget.
I hope you are not there alone??I just cant seem to post pictures today.
If someone could fix my jacked up links... Lol
My house is the white one with grey trim.
I'd like to say the TJ is an awesome SHTF vehicle. It was going through flood waters and doing great on the hi-way with 40 mpg gusts going thru the bands.
My wife and daughter left before in the GC. Our Honda CRV and Mazda B4000 are most likely totaled from flood. I'm guessing we have 2 to 3 ft of water in the house.

We have State Farm and they've been great. I'll talk to them when the water goes down. Its 8ft over bank...it isnt rising but its not going down either.I don't even know what to say. I'm so sorry.
I did some searching for options and apparently it is worth calling the insurance even if you don't have flood insurance. They may be able to cover your house under wind or other damage. There is a new law taking effect September 1 that decreases penalties on insurance companies that take forever to process claims, so call before September 1, even if it is only to get the claim started. Thanks Texas legislature....
