However, to bring the Jeep engineers into this makes no sense whatsoever unless you are referring to "streetable" gains and not off road gains as the engineers build for the masses.
I think the main confusion surrounding this is the fact that the geo correction brackets are for street manners when you have lift installed. If so, then it is what it is. I can't say yay or nay in that regard. However, off-road use is a different story all together.
I guess my question is (and it may have already been answered), are these geometry correction brackets designed for on or off road use? If I need to go 40 mph doing donuts in a parking lot then yes, these are for me. I am mostly curious what the benefit is for off-road use as I don't spend much time in parking lots doing donuts. If there is an off-road benefit, please let me know what it is.
In the meantime, I'll stick with my short arms as is. With that being said, I installed my rancho 5000x's and can't say that I experienced that WOW factor that everyone has described. I know it's not saying much, but I think my Bilsteins are superior but that's for another thread.
Edit: I want to be perfectly clear that if I can buy a couple of brackets for $160 and perform better than a mid arm, then I'm all for it. I haven't seen the midarm in action enough to make me feel the need for one of those either but if there is a cheaper and better option I'm all for it.

Now, we have people take one comment from Dave about a bracket design that might be biased toward street driving and all of a difference, these brackets are in a different category.

The fact of the matter is that suspension design theory doesn't change based on the length of arm you run. The same rules of physics apply to us all, equally. So if Dave has made a set of brackets that change the geometry to something you desire, get the brackets. If not, then let it go.
I don't understand the animosity in this thread. Just let it go. Why the hell does anyone care what anyone else chooses to run? Experience is the best teacher and education costs money. There aren't a set of users on this forum that have been appointed at the protectors and guardians of all that is TJ...but it sure as hell seems like some of you think you are.
