The fact that I had to add bump to the front fenders is really eating away at me. It seems silly that I did something that in reality made the jeep worse. I'm thinking I'll eat the mistake and order highline fenders.
Other than that epiphany I got the door lock cylinders rekeyed. It was a really easy process and I'm just waiting on the new exterior bezels to reinstall.

I reached out to starkey480 for tips. He did a great job.
Don’t know if others have done it but I would try to fold a 90 instead of leave a cut edge. Its tough to do with the curve of the hood but not impossible or I would go aftermarket Like the Duraflex.
Ideally, welding the 90* lip back on would be best but you better have some good mud skillz to make it look good.
I think that hood will be in my future. GR makes one as well I believe. Unless the fenders arrive after moab ill likely do a quick cut and replace it down the line.

Did you switch your lockers separately so you could do front only? Just in case you try mickey’s hot tub that way you can dry your front wheels off before you climb out

I forgot to update the thread on my exhaust endeavor. As I posted before the replacement muffler was bothering me because it was dropping under the jeep and was 75 decibels measured from behind the spare.
After going to 6 autopart stores I was finally able to find enough 90 degree bends to make a new system that came out the rear. I used a hush thrush as recommended by @jjvw and a bunch of small sections to make it work.
I cycled the suspension and everything seems to clear. Welds look like crap but they don't leak. The noise is down from 75 to 68 but seems a lot better from inside.
