You should not be able to move that shifter out of park with it in the off position. It’s weird. I’m sure that the problem was the interlock solenoid. It is possible it was the fuse not having a good contact. One theory that I would want to try is pull fuse 10 and see if it has the same symptoms as before when it didn’t work. The shifter should not come out of park in any key position other than run
dang thats right, sorry. then it must be the air pressure in the right rear tire , unless it only happens when the radio is tuned to am station that would be the left front tire pressure !
Oh I was just curious. Ya I was trying to look for the neutral safety switch to see where it was and how to test it. I’ve been through the entire transmission control wiring diagram and the starter motor wiring diagrams and I just can’t seem to find it. I do see that there is a clutch neutral safety switch but that would only be for a manual transmission right? Do you happen to have that oreillys part number by chance?
