How do you guys feel about chrome grills?

Just looking to get the popular opinion on here.
What do you guys think of them?
Pics of lifted TJs with chrome grills would be nice.
I'm not a fan of chrome grills on jeeps whatsoever but I see a lot of LJs with them.

Chrome grills look great - on a Mercedes! On a Jeep, not so much. But I'll take a chrome grill on a Jeep over an "Angry Bird" grill on anything!

When I first got my LJ, I was considering removing it, but I grew to like it. As for seeing them on a lot of LJs, the chrome grills were a part of the "premium appearance group" option.

Looks good with the color matched fender flares. Is the fender flares were the standard ones then chrome grill would probably look off.

Jeep probably thought the same thing since the wider color matched fender flares came with the same optional package as the chrome grill

It is YOUR JEEP and your money so do with it as you will. Chrome doesn't make you go faster or not allow you to get unstuck but if you like it then go for it and "F" what anyone else thinks.

For the right amount I'd let it go. Not much of a fan of it honestly.

I’m not fond of it as a stark contrast, but if it’s a compliment to the color it’s not bad (e.g. @Kiwi TJ s isn’t awful, but I know on mine, flame red, it would look awful)

My youngest said my grill looks like a silver buckle on a pair of jeans haha

It's your Jeep, your style and you have to ride it. If you are happy with it, go for it.
The diversity in Jeeps is just what i like.
