Also a face shield wouldn't hurt using a wire brush.
I actually tried to buy one recently, but for some reason nobody has any in stock locally.

Finished replacing water pump, hoses, fan clutch and tstat + housing. Fucking stoked. So far no leaks and it drove just fine, temp gauge sat where it always is/should be based on my experience.
Hopefully nothing springs a leak later and I didn't leave a piece of gasket in there.

Finally finished up my ammo box I take with me on longer trips by signwriting the side....( it carries oil, water some fuses, tools etc)

Went for a topless drive and took some pics.
Temps should be in the 80's all week. Stripped down to bikini top and tube doors. Tested it out on a beer run.

Put trac-bar relo bracket in, not sure I needed it
Changed poly BL to aluminum BL, prior was sagging
Installed new fuel pump, was getting hard to start.
Jeep was on jackstands at least 4-5 days, seemed like FOREVER, wife, dog & I went for a long beautiful drive out to our land by the lake today!
I usually wait til Memorial Day to pull the doors and top off, but it is supposed to be in the 80's here next week, so I pulled the trigger early. Still need to wash the Death Trap.
Also put some netting on there to keep the damn dog from falling out.

how did you go about making the adjustments? Did you follow any guides or videos? Any hints/tips?

I removed these seat extenders the prior owner put in. He must have been tall. I thought the nutserts were spinning. Thankfully that wasn’t the case. I then installed the additional support for my rock sliders which mount under the seat. I used plenty of anti-seize upon reassembly. Now I have to drive with the seat fully back. If my legs were much longer I would put those back.
Hyline Offroad. To be honest I bought it due to a sale at the time. I don't even have a light bar yet.
There is a gap intended for running wiring on either side (top and bottom) but it's not bad enough to bother me.

Finished driver side - slider is off drying now, just wanted to test fit (hence the missing fasteners)
Started passenger side - finished drilling, deburr, painting bare metal, and installing rivnuts. Got pulled away to help with a garden project.. should've locked the shop door. Will finish tomorrow since I'm on coronacation..

Really easy. It probably took me longer to take all the pictures and make a write-up than it did to do the actual re-keying. LOL
