Vacuum Harness Replacment

I am looking to replace all my Vacuum hoses, elbows and fittings/grommets. Does anyone know if there is a complete kit that can be purchased or do I have to do it piece by piece? If there is a kit, where can I buy it/PN? I have searched for a while now and can't find anything specific to a 2004 Jeep Wrangler X.
Any help is greatly appreciate.

I had to do something similar and I purchased this kit:

Along with that I also went to my local auto part store and purchased several feed of all different size vacuum line hose.

Needless to say, it all worked out perfectly!
