Axle's often have a thin metal tab held in place by one of the differential case cover screws that identifies the axle type and gear ratio - it might be hard to see at first due to dirt and grease. Below is a picture of what common *stock* differential covers look like. This is one way to tell just from looking at the axle. If the previous owner put on an aftermarket diff cover then this chart becomes less helpful.
Measure your coils from top to bottom (if possible measure while the frame is supported with jack stands and the rear wheels are off the ground), take a picture of them, and report back to this group.

looks like a Dana 30 up front and a Dana 44 in the rear
So is it common to have a Dana 44 in rear in a none rubicon Jeep or do you think that was a after market part ?

04-06 non Rubicon LJ's have the Dana 44 if I am not mistaken but only in rear.
Some one around here know but the rear Dana 44 came as an option on some Sport or Sahara. No locker though like the Rubicon Dana 44
What about identifying the brand of lift ? I see part # on the springs and the name of the shocks .
You would need to post up some pics on the lift to help I.D.

The part # of the shock will be stamped in the lower portion of the shock body. That will tell us what lift height the shock is, provided the PO researched it correctly for the lift.
If I were to guess based on the color of the springs, the sway bar end links, and the track bar, I'd say Rubion Express 3.5" lift.
