I’m good. One of the brake pads in the front hung up on the rotor and smoked the whole way down the road. Eventually it Then it stopped smoking. The. It pulled right every time the brakes where hit. Of course this happened when my wife was driving it. It never brakes when I drive the thing. She called me freaking out. I ordered black Magic pads and rotors so I hope they make it here on Friday. I have a oil pan and gasket and a rear main seal to install. I ordered longer yj brake lines because I have Currie arms coming and I think I’m gonna flex more. I’m pushing the lines to the limit the way it sits now. Hopefully will put the Currie arms in in April. Plus I’m gonna see the interrupters play Sunday night downtown!

Also got speedo gear, grab handles, decals, may do some rust repair if I got time

Arrrrrgh, this is killing me that I can't go play! Been putting in overtime of the '01 to get it ready for sale so I can. I'm just too damned anal! But it's getting close.

I want to get my CB fixed and my new speedo gear in and raise the gas tank skid 1.25”. Maybe I can get those things done this Friday and the next. Looking forward to it. The Jeep is running great, really great.

I'm on another federal project, this time 5 hours from home, and with 1 day at home a week. I'm hoping to wrap-up this project by March 15th, following which I'll have more time to break-away and engage the things in life which count--like wheeling

I was reticent to say the armpit. I might have said an armpit. I drove through West TX last week on 87 and 137 and one other highway into NM; armpit for sure. Just blowing dust. I used to live in Lubbock. Flat, dry and dusty. There’s a reason the song Lubbock in my rearview mirror was written. I still love TX.
