I've looked at Grizzly lathes and mills many times over the last couple decades. They seem to be one of the better suppliers of Chinese machine tools, but they're still Chinese machine tools. The price is great, but what I'd be worried about is the condition. The fact that they seem to be from a production shop that is downsizing and has some inoperable machines for sale, too, makes me think that they employ goons who are hard on equipment and that they don't maintain their equipment very well. That would make me approach the deal with an ample supply of caution.
Without a lot of experience maintaining machine tools, it's very difficult to look at one pre-sale and determine condition unless you actually make some parts on it and measure them. Of course, as soon as you start using it (after purchase), you'll discover that it's got issues, but by then, it's too late to back out of the deal.
I just urge caution. If you can find a machine tool repair tech to look at them with you, that would be ideal.
