What are you cooking today?

The ones I am familiar with are Schreiners on 7th St near Osborne (been there forever) and Von Hansen’s near Alma School and Warner in Chandler (run by a company retiree from Wisconsin). You could walk into Von Hansens with nothing but a credit card and walk out with everything you needed to smoke/cook meat, and serve sides, desserts, drinks, etc for an army.

I found out tonight it never hurts to check the brisket prices while at Sam’s. I have the feeling someone may have done this intentionally since it was on the very bottom of the pile but I think I found it first.

This is my original charcoal/wood smoker built back in 1998. No telling how many pounds have been smoked on this thing.

Fire box on the bottom and smoke/heat on top.

I can and have smoked 70lbs at a time, but prefer no more than 40lbs so I can spread the meat out to get heat and smoke all around them.

@Hog head on up!!!!!

@mjonesjr84 I could be persuaded to bring you some this weekend.

I wrote your address down and now I can't find it.....DM it again....I can be there in the morning
