Bringing this back from the past.... @Rescue6 how have the BJD's been holding up? How has the inner C been holding up?

I just installed American Irons old school version in my Ford HP44 this summer but only have 2 trips on them so far.

I know a few others here are wondering about them too.

They have been holding up great. Still running the original set I beta tested for them pre production and have not had a single issue. I did however receive all the updated parts when they became available. I just haven’t found a need to install them as of yet. Been awhile since I’ve been on this sight. As soon as my body allowed me to get back on a motorcycle that’s kinda had my full attention.

Thanks for the update. Josh is a great guy and his customer service from all I've seen is above par.

I've got to tweak mine now that I've gotten some miles on them but I was prepared for that too. And I know all about having to wait for the body to heal.

I seriously can't be the only one rebuilding joints every year, except for this last year, my rig sat in the driveway for 8months before I could drive again from an accident that shattered my leg.

FK WSSX12T are about 25 bucks each if you don't want to spend $200 for a rebuild kit or only need one or 2. snap rings, washers, nuts, and 0-rings are all at your local hardware store and harbor freight.

I thought I'd read somewhere that you'd removed your BJD? What size of tires are you running?

I did, then this particular rig got a different axle put in it instead of fixing the locker and changing the busted R&P, that wouldn't hold a ball joint. I run 37's.
