Steering kit advice

I didn't see anything posted already, but had two questions.
I'm new to the jeep world and gladly open to all advice. I picked up a 99 4.0 / ax15 with what I can figure out a Rough country 4" lift on 33"s and a lot of questionable previous work and parts. I want too replace/ rebuild in stages so I have confidence taking my kid out on adventures, that being said I wanted to start by freshening up the steering components ( death wobble strikes at about 50 mph). I checked all the sweet spots and didn't find anything loose or broke (could be the shot out tires that will soon be replaced) but don't want to worry about it and would rather just replace everything with new and go from there. so the questions I have are ;

1) does anyone have any experience with the Dorman "Suspension Steering Wobble Fix " kit ? is it worth it or is there better options?

2) is it better to just replace the whole lift kit or can I just change out stuff like track bar to adjustable, adjustable control arms, etc as I go ? It does have a dropped pan but I already plan on doing the SYE.

I don't plan on doing anything wild just mild off roading and trails, but you never know. just trying to figure out budget and time.Thanks

From what I gather its just a basic front end rebuild kit. In my personal experience Dorman is at the bottom of the barrel quality wise Id go with Moog if anything, may not be the best but likely better than Dorman. OEM parts are probably long gone. May have a look on the likes of rockauto for options.

Yep,and see if he has the dropped pitman arm.AKA(bump steer)

From what I gather its just a basic front end rebuild kit. great thanks, I was hoping for just a complete all in one kit and dorman was the only thing coming up. better to know it might just be better to source individual parts or something.

Doesn't look like rough country springs,theirs are silver. Measure them on the ground,anything over 12" front and 8" rear is lift height.

Idk what those shocks are.

Front could use an adjustable track bar.

Look up "dry steering test" here. it doesn't take much play to get wobble.

Probably repair mounts from when a front end crash broke the others off the block.

that sounds about right for my luck. After I bought it I've been finding all kinds of shady stuff mixed matched. kind of why I'm not trusting anything and would rather just start replacing just for the peace of mind ( dint have a salvage title though).

The rough country track bar that has both ends serviceable by moog has been a great bar for me.

that's what they look to be, I just never noticed them or even knew they existed. that's what I need, the great experience on this forum
