And, in my experience, if it's gen-you-wine Savvyzzzz, there will be parts missing. I've never received a complete order from them.
The shift cable assy is my only experience with their products - and everything was there. In the case of the Chinesium knock-off in the other thread, it looks like its missing some nuts at the very least!

Same. There’s always a bolt, washer, nut, something missing. They’ll also likely come in several shipments over a few weeks. Johnny joints one day, upper arms a week later, lower arms a week after that.
I can't remember specifically what I was missing with the cable I ordered, but I do recall it was something I was able to source elsewhere like a serrated nut or something. As for my other orders, I was missing things that Gerald had to send me on every single one. Getting the missing parts was never any trouble, other than having to get ahold of Gerald to get them sent.
When I ordered the mid-arm kit from them, I got what was supposed to be everything in a single, multi-box shipment. However, all the jam nuts for the larger JJs were either LH or RH threads (can't remember which) and I was missing the "truss" (sorry @mrblaine, I don't know the right term for that piece) for the front axle.
