Considering it's a '58 concept car, and the Edsel was introduced in '58, I think there's definitely a connection there.
If we're going on the "I miss.." train, I miss Pontiac. They always just had a little more "edge" than the rest of GM.
That's where they're hiding the batteries.
All that time, effort and money spent on that thing, and they still run stock '57 Ford hubcaps on it.

That's alright, you know how to spell Pontiac. That's actually how one of my nephews learned to spell it. Later in life he had to explain that to his black girlfriend once.
