Any idea where this broken piece of metal came from?

Found the hole 😂

I think it's a little late for that now ! but a can of engine rebuilder might do the trick :ROFLMAO: We might could have a few of Andy's workers nail it back together :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Marvel Mystery Oil...

More seriously, that SUCKS! I'm surprised it kept running. The last time I saw something similar to this was a neighbor who tried to turn an old Chevy pickup around in his driveway on an engine with a bad rod knock. He got about 20 feet before said rod exited through the side of the block and the engine (V8) stopped completely. He was going to junk the motor anyway, but had to ask me to haul his ass back up the hill with my Ford Diesel. Of course there was the requisite discussion about brand of truck and engine choices! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

How much $ can I get for It in this condition lol.

I wouldn't worry about that. The fact that it ran decent enough to drive back home gives you two options:

1) Ignore what you found and repost in the future to let us know how many (hundreds? thousands?) of miles and how long (days? years? decades?) it was still drivable.

2) Pull it out, put it up on a pedestal and charge people to view such a rare phenomenon.

Either way at some point you'll need a new engine.

I am in awe! I have only ventilated one engine, it lacked power, then bang, then silence as I coasted to the side of the road. I can't imagine how everything kept going. That engine deserves some honor for getting you home! I have never even heard of anyone doing this before. A toast to you sir!

Yeah she did good getting me back, probably couple miles drive.
