My wife works for Food Ciy grocery store in the specialty meat department. So her gourmet burgers are really homemade.

These are black and blue burgers. Cracked black pepper and blue cheese.

Look good, I’d add some more blue cheese on top and pour some buffalo sauce on it.

I am not sure I have ever had catfish. I did have an albino channel cat in my pond for over 15 years raised from 4" to about 34" at it's demise.

That’s what I grew up catching. Had land on a river for catfishing and a pond full of bass and walleyes.

Me too, 1 10lb large mouth fileted and fried is a heap easier to fix the 10lbs of Crappie or Bluegill......

I've had the Danial Boone model for a couple of years now. I wouldn't call them smokers, just a pellet grill and it does everything it is supposed to do. Over this time, I have had to replace the ignitor and the combustion fan once each. Keep it clean and under cover and it will last a long time, would buy again.

Since being retired means, I am the laundry, folder and putter upper.

It also means I am the chief cook and bottle washer........

Started with this chuck roast from Food City..... certified black Angus blah blah...... potatoes from our garden.

And ended up with this about 30 minutes before the wife gets home!!!!!!

Man retirement is great!!!!!!
