Since you asked, there are a couple different tools that II have used in the past that work and the cock ring joke isn't much of a stretch of reality... LMAO Bead blasters, (aka Cheetas) don't work well on low profile stiff side walls.

The cock ring, (O-ring style) can be used on either side of the wheel.

And the band style (aka pump ring) not quite as versatile but works better for wheels with really deep and wide drop centers that the O-ring style wouldn't work well for.

Hey, it's like an old Civic with a park bench for a spoiler.
