It should not. All six bushings should be snug.

I was trying to track down a clunk under certain braking conditions... I think I found it.

Is converting the bushing bracket to a greasable version better? Or, just stick to the $6 rubber replacement bushing with the factory bracket?

I used the axle bushings from that same kit many years along with new longer links. It's all still there and keeping everything tight.

Getting rid of the knocks from the sloppy sway bar made a pretty noticeable difference in how well the Jeep drove because before the sway bar was not controlling movement until after all the loose connections went into bind.

I had a similar experience around the same time then when I replaced the worn out shock bushings. This took out the dead spot where the shock were not controlling movement.
