What did you do to your TJ today?

I didn't do it. My oldest daughter got me the Harbor freight Madox 12v compressor. She knew i was looking at a Dewalt cordless and I will probably still pick up a Dewalt later.

Haven't tried it yet but will tomorrow.

Took the jeep for its 1st run in a while after installing control arms and making some adjustments. Still need to make some adjustments on the front bump stops but it’s getting closer to right.
The test Trail of choice is Log Corral. We trimmed the trail back real good last November after a fire and it seems to be maintaining well.

Check if that has automotive fuse on the compressor itself — I have a 15-year old HF model but it would run hot and occasionally pop the on-pump fuse taking 33s from 8psi to ~26-28psi for a ride home. I think mine was a 40-amp standard blade fuse. Always got me home...

Just a thought to toss a few extra fuses in the compressor bag to help get you home - if it were to run hot and pop the fuse.

I've got a piece of 15lb double sided Gorilla tape attaching it to the windshield where there's bare glass, where the window tint is notched out for the original button. It's pretty solid.

Gonna vibrate like a sonbitch

I had an auto glass business in St. Louis for 36 years, the loctite glue is the only one that works

It’s actually a pretty fast paced trail that can be ran in and out in not much time. My issue is all the guys in new Jeeps needing trimmed back to no mess up paint on new rigs. When I roll with the local Zuks of Arizona it’s 1.5-2hour tops to the lake.

I had to add a second button onto mine for the Wolfbox. And I overtightened it and cracked the windshield at the button. I'm just waiting for it to spider out before replacing it.

I have the Pelsee P10. It's nice. Took a razorknife and cut a slit in the back vent for the rear cam bracket.

Still prepping parts for assembly. Closer by the day. Weather this weekend has been shit so I’m stuck indoors. After any paint application i have to go indoors and leave a fan running with the doors propped.
This slows down the process but progress has been made.
Currie CurrectLync is getting a new life. Need me one of those wizard tie rods but this hunk of steel will do for now.
Thanks for the moral support 😆

Welder called to check in today. He needs better weather to come here and work outside so the rest of the frame work is still waiting
