Took Jeep in for brakes...
rotors, calipers, pads, extended lines. Also upper and lower ball joints replaced, and new upper and lower control arms. After all this, I get this grinding noise on and off when breaks applied. Tech checked it out, and thinks its the tiny clips keeping pads aligned. They failed to replace on drivers side. Question is, does the noise on my video make sense this is what's causing this noise? Thanks for input

That creaking noise sounds like it's suspension related.

What sort of control arms did you use? Do they have polyurethane joints?

Crown Automotive. OEM standard arms

If it was me I'd get the thing on jack stands or a lift and then cycle the suspension while you're underneath it. I'll bet you'd be able to figure out where that noise is coming from pretty darn quickly id you did that.

Yeah... it sounds like a suspension thing to me as well. Oh yeah... forgot, also had front axle seals done.

Get that thing up on a lift. Like I said, it will be easy to identify if you can cycle the suspension.

will take it elsewhere to get it on lift. Thanks for advice, yeah, I didn't think it was some tiny clip on the pads. Blessings to ya
