How’d @Jerry Bransford like the mud and eastern wheeling, in general. I imagine it’s a huge difference.
He commented about how one obstacle looked easy, but then during it, was asking why he couldn’t get traction.
I got to ride with him coming down the trail after we recovered Andy… such a well built Jeep! And such a great guy!

Man we had a blast, climbed rocks, slung mud and told a lot of tall tales!!! It was great to catch up with old friends and meet new ones !!!!!
Great to see @tnjeepguy @RangerTJ @Hog and @AndyG again!!!!! It was great to meet @Artsifrtsi and wheel with him.
Friday supper at Jim & Nick's BBQ in Cullman, AL.
Meeting @Jerry Bransford after talking to him for several years on many different Jeep forums was the highlight of my trip!!!!

I'm not back but I cannot resist posting this photo of a great bunch of guys, thanks for making this such a memorable trip!! It was MORE than worth its effing 10 hour drive both ways lol.
Man it was the perfect recipe for a good time-
Take Six maniacs
An undisclosed amount of hard liquor
Add multiple jeeps
Pour in 5 hours of rain
Make 4” of mud
Do miles of wooded trails
1 hour of chaos on a mountain side
1 broken axle and me crying
Then top is off with the best venison burgers you can imagine.
Meeting Jerry was a bucket list goal, and not disappointing. He is enjoyable to be with, fascinating to listen to and a threat on the trail. I think the thing that really stood out about him was he knows how to enjoy himself.
I told Ben as we left I don’t think we could have had a better bunch of guys.
So very well said it's worth repeating!!!!!!!
