Tuffy tailgate security enclosure & folding tailgate table compatibility question

Swapping out the Bestop InstaTrunk for a Tuffy Security Enclosure (not the security deck).
There are no folding tailgate tables that work with the InstaTrunk because its deck is too low.

Anyone using a folding tailgate mounted table with the Tuffy rear enclosure?

If so... what tables play nice?

I used HD truck bedmat cut to size, hitch-pinned on the drawer mounting brackets. It stays in place when the slide opens but is easily moved to cover the drawer when needed as a table.
Pics to follow if I can remember.

I did the exact same thing. But, mainly for the clearance of a small cooler I have. the Bestop instatrunk was just a little too small. I did add a table also. Here is picture of mine and there is no clearance issue. I used the Terraflex Style (knockoff) Tailgate table for a JK but, it fit my TJ with no issues. Love the tuffy behind seat enclosure. It's held up well even though I throw my tools in back all the time. you can tell by the scuffs it gets used.

One more pic of table open. I forgot, i did have to trim the plastic cover plate for the third brake light wire cover and add a few washers on the upper right insert. Been about 4 yrs since it was installed.

Looks like it JUST clears the lip of the enclosure. Any chance you have a link to where to purchase?

I don’t mind trimming the brake light cover.

I’ll have to relocate the support for the tailgate.

Any chance you have a picture with tailgate full open but with the table up?

The Hooke Road and UGT ones I see on Amazon now For the TJ look similar. Just a bit smaller in width and length. may fit better than mine and possibly not need the cover trimmed! I couldn't' find a decent priced TJ one when I did my install 4 years ago.

The larger size like yours won't allow for the tailgate standoff which has to be mounted so it sits on the hinge when opened. I use it all the time. And it looks like I'll have the same problem with the smaller table as well. I may just stay with the table setup I am using.
